This happens to be the only strategy guide for a Grasshopper Manufacture game to be released in the west. It includes some very basic character and enemy blurbs, at times including some incorrect information, possibly as a result of mistranslations. The most interesting inclusion, in my opinion, is a Q&A with director Suda Goichi which clarifies some of the more obscure points of the game’s storyline.
