Ah, Mr. Smith. We've been expecting you. The top floor; please use the elevator in the back. Of course, I remember all the faces of our guests. Even your bag, Sir...

Do either of you happen to know which issue this is from? I'm sorting out magazine scans for the site and I realized I don't know when it was printed

Luckily, a person who scanned them, didn't apply any downsizing, therefore the screen pattern is unaltered. I've descreened and edited the scans a bit to save some space.

I went through all my magazines and scanned all the suda-related stuff I could find, I wondered if you could operate the same magic on these before I upload them to the website since I'm completely ignorant when it comes to any type of image editing

I haven't scanned the pamphlets yet since it's more important to do those correctly (so I'll wait for your tutorial), magazine scans aren't really crucial since everything will go up on retromags eventually anyway

Descreened, leveled, cropped and unsharpened. I didn't retouch anything since (I assume) you would want to re-do them with a better scanner at some point in the future.

You current scanner, HP LaserJet M127, outputs scans with abberations across entire images which is not suprising since it's a model suited for documents scanning.

If you look at the screen pattern from one your scans, you will notice multiple abberations in form of line seams which make screen pattern uneven. That carries to the descreened variants as well.

For now it's good to have at least these scans but it would be better to eventually re-scan them.

Thank you very much. Yeah I still have everything obviously. Eventually I'd probably unbind them too just to get better scans, it's not too difficult to do with magazines. I wanted to do this now just because I was going through them anyway, and this gives me a baseline figuring out which magazines I already have and which ones I need to look out for.

Yes as you probably guessed I just happen to have it because I use it for work. Being able to print and scan documents at my house saves me a whole load of time, I didn't really get it for my hobby but I'll upgrade eventually
