What to change? For example, avatars setting are currently very laughable - 90x90 pixels. I'll up it to 150x150 or 200x200 perhaps. As for forum look, there are forum themes which user can change , but also one of theme is default on forum. Not sure if there are more decent themes to choose though. ...
